Staying With Us

Ronald McDonald House Charities South Texas is a place where families can rest, enjoy a meal, connect with other families who understand what they’re going through, and find a sense of comfort and normalcy during an incredibly difficult time. While we rebuild our House, we continue to welcome and care for families at our Interim Location. Families are never asked to pay for their stay or the services we provide.  Everything we offer is provided free of charge, so families can focus on what matters most: being there for their child.

Reservation Process 

To request lodging, please see your social worker or healthcare provider for a referral or call us at 361-854-4073 for more information. 

In order for families to stay at the Ronald McDonald House, the patient being treated at a local hospital must be younger than 21 years old and reside more than 20 miles from the House located at 5525 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, TX 78408

Check in

Families may check in between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If unable to check-in at this time or if there is a cancellation please contact the RMHC office at 361-854-4073.

All adults staying in the room should present a valid photo ID and complete the registration process prior to being shown to their room. Number of guests cannot exceed room occupancy.

New families will receive a tour of the House upon check-in.

Check out

We ask that guests check out by 1pm in order to prepare the room for another family. Guests will dispose of their own trash and  and clean their guestrooms before checking out. All linen will stay in the guestroom for laundering. A check-out list will be given to the families upon checking in.

Guests are required to come to the front desk when they are ready to check out. Room keycards should be returned to our Guest Services Desk along with any pantry keys.
